How Project Cakery started…
Welcome to Project Cakery, run by me – Holly Elphick – from the heart of the Cotswolds.
I first started out in my bakery owner journey by taking over my Mum’s business ’Claire’s Kitchen’ after she sadly passed away.
Eager to keep the business thriving in my Mum’s memory, I created many different product lines including postal treats during lockdown. But as times became a bit more normal and I found out what I loved doing most, I decided to rebrand the business to reflect my love for wedding and celebration cakes! Whilst still keeping Mum’s signature recipes.
How Project Cakery grew…
As a result, I now find myself in quite a different place – I have become renowned for my amazing creations, it seems there are no boundaries to my imagination and technical skills!
Each commission I take on is completely unique and that’s how the business has moulded into what it is today,
Project Cakery today..
Project Cakery, based in South Cerney, offers a large range of bespoke wedding and celebration cakes. The bakery can also cater to large orders and events. Every order is unique in it’s own way, no idea is too much. Anything is possible, Project Cakery would love to hear your ideas!
