Simple vanilla – classic vanilla sponge layered with signature vanilla buttercream.

Classic Victoria – classic vanilla sponge layered with signature vanilla buttercream & your choice of raspberry or strawberry jam.

Chocolate fudge – Project Cakery rich chocolate sponge with silky chocolate buttercream.

Zingy lemon – moist lemon drizzle style sponge, partnered with vanilla buttercream and tart lemon curd.

Lemon and poppy seed – moist lemon drizzle style sponge, partnered with a sprinkle of poppy seeds, vanilla buttercream and tart lemon curd.

Lemon and blueberry – moist lemon drizzle style sponge, partnered with fresh blueberries, vanilla buttercream and tart lemon curd.

Red velvet – a red velvet sponge, partnered with signature Project Cakery vanilla buttercream. The colour of this sponge can also be changed to any colour you would like!

Carrot – moist and fruity carrot cake which includes notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, layered with vanilla buttercream.

Creamy coffee – classic coffee sponge with creamy coffee buttercream.

Indulgent biscoff – a super indulgent biscoff sponge lathered with biscoff sauce and vanilla buttercream.

Sweet salted caramel – sweet and salty caramel sponge finished with vanilla buttercream, caramel sauce and flakes of molden salt.

Vanilla funfetti – a super fun twist on the simple vanilla. The funfetti sponge and buttercream is stuffed with multi-coloured sprinkles.

Decadent black forest (contains alcohol) – a dark chocolate and cherry sponge, soaked in kirsch, then layered with cherries and vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate orange – chocolate and orange sponge, with chocolate orange buttercream that tastes just like the favourite choc orange brand!

Cherry Bakewell – taking inspiration from the cherry bakewell, this cake has an almond and cherry sponge and is finished with cherry jam, almond flakes and vanilla buttercream.

White chocolate and raspberry – a very popular flavour, an ‘elevated’ Victoria sponge cake with white chocolate chunks and fresh raspberries in the sponge that’s layered with vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam & more white chocolate chunks.

Cookie and cream – this cake is for oreo lovers! Vanilla sponge stuffed with crushed oreos layered with smooth vanilla buttercream and more oreos, yum!
